Strategic Financial Leader

This role is key to driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

The successful candidate will be a senior-level financial leader with a strong track record of delivering high-impact results in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). They will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Additionally, they will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
