Strategic Financial Leader

We seek an accomplished Business Finance Manager to spearhead our organization's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end financial planning, ensure compliance, and partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide actionable insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances with recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
  • Progressive finance experience: 12–15 years, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/consulting
