**Job Opportunity:** Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance financial performance and optimize costs.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Create financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.

Requirements:

  • CA - First / Second Attempt.
  • 14-16 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).

  • Has a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Can effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Has experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
