We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.

You will be responsible for developing and managing annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts for hospital departments and business units.

Your expertise in financial modeling will enable you to create models to support strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.

You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify significant variances between actual financial results and budgets/forecasts.

Our Sr. Financial Planning Analyst will collaborate with divisional leaders and department heads to ensure financial goals are met and expenses are managed effectively.
