We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work with accurate financial records, prepare tax returns, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data regularly.
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns in accordance with IRS guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
- Review and analyze tax notices and correspondence, assisting clients with resolution.
- Provide insights on withholding taxes, foreign investments, and treaty benefits, where applicable.
- Collaborate with clients and provide regular updates on financial performance and tax obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing CPA/EA are welcome.
- 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.
