Job Overview

This is a key role within our organization requiring a highly skilled and analytical individual who can drive financial growth and performance in a rapidly evolving market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Finance function, acting as an analyst for various teams and overseeing key responsibilities including:

  • Planning and execution of audit of Internal Financial control over financial reporting and preparing internal audit report.
  • Responsible for all accounting related issues, including monitoring financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Financial reporting and budgeting, focusing on reviewing company financial reports and seeking ways to reduce costs and manage resources efficiently.
  • Developing strategies to minimize financial risk, and responsible for preparing and managing the process of procurement, stock/inventory, maintaining records of debtors and creditors.
  • Responsible for payroll management and providing regulatory compliances, annual filing, incorporation of company etc.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for both domestic and international businesses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily sales reporting, analysis of financial data, and creation/maintenance of financial models for informed decision-making.
  • Reporting on financial performance, preparing for regular leadership reviews, and analysing past results to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Representing Finance within the organization to ensure business planning, accounting, and control are integrated into the decision-making process.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
