Financial Analyst Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our virtual team. As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using software such as Tally.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
  • Assist with ROC/MCA filings, secretarial coordination, and other statutory compliances.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Process payroll, vendor/customer ledger scrutiny, and invoice management efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on day-to-day financial and accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leads to develop strategic plans, financial models, and investor reports.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Semi Chartered Accountant certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tally software.
