Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage complex financial models to support business strategy and decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Provide expert advice on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience working with Essbase or other financial software systems.
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset.
