Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis

The role involves leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis initiatives. As a strategic and analytical Senior Manager – FP&A, you will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance and support long-term strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the annual budgeting process across the organization
  • Collaborating with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies
  • Analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights
  • Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Partnering with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls
  • Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis and management reports to leadership
  • Driving automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Monitoring key KPIs and providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes

Requirements for the role include:

  • Must be a CA (Chartered Accountant)
  • Post-qualification 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance or business finance experience
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
