AI and Data Expert, with a proven track record of delivering transformative results, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial functions, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, manage audits, and drive business growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our accounting department and help us expand into new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian tax regulations and establish robust checks and controls within each task.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support, and liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified Accountant (CA), Chartered Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
