Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
