About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Strategic Program Coordinator to support high-impact initiatives through presentation development, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

This role will receive hands-on mentorship and opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

  • Develop and format executive-level PowerPoint presentations with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
  • Track and compile customer engagement activity across all businesses for senior leadership and CEO Office review.
  • Coordinate weekly reports from stakeholders into a single, polished report for CEO-level distribution.
  • Support cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.

Essential Attributes:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling sensitive or high-visibility workstreams.

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
