Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new sales strategies and initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Built relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or Marketing required. MBA preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry.
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including permanent, contract, and contingent workforce models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently.
  • Strong networking skills with existing corporate connections a plus.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated individual able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
