Sponsorship Lead

Drive business growth through strategic sponsorship development and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive sponsorship strategies for live events.
  • Identifying and cultivating potential sponsors, building a robust pipeline, and converting opportunities into signed partnerships.
  • Crafting compelling sponsorship proposals and packages that align with brand objectives and event positioning.
  • Leveraging negotiation skills to secure contracts and manage relationships with sponsors.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sponsorship deliverables.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.
  • Fostering revenue growth through sponsorship sales and driving repeat business.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • A strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
