Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related initiatives, programs, and/or projects to ensure they align with our organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed program/project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Establish and monitor program/project metrics according to the methodology used.
  • Identify, assess, and address any issues or risks that may impact delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, MSP, Agile).
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program plans.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks.
  • Strong skills in managing program budgets and financials.
  • Able to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent skills in managing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
