Project Lead and Strategy Coordinator

Drive project management teams to successfully execute distributed projects within predetermined timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope, Gantt charts, financial plans, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution, scheduling, planning, deployment, and commissioning of projects.
  • Implement process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and change initiatives.
  • Provide technical and safety training to team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all projects in cloud-based storage and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Coordinate with sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver committed projects.
  • Manage commercial and statement-of-work (SoW) related issues with sales teams proactively.
  • Monitor and coordinate with purchasing teams for timely dispatch of materials to project sites.
  • Regularly discuss project progress with asset management teams to ensure smooth handovers as per guidelines and timely clearance of observations.
Vendor Management
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Build internal capabilities to effectively manage vendors.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance standards.
  • Establish processes to guarantee high-quality project deliverables.
  • Provide necessary safety training to vendors to prevent incidents during project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18-22 years of experience in project management.
