Senior HR Manager Job Opportunity

This is a stimulating challenge to lead human resources operations, drive automation, and implement organization restructuring. As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and developing talent-focused programs to enhance engagement, retention, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives at a senior level. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver business solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and design employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, addressing grievances, supporting performance management, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive business results through strategic HR solutions and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Develop comprehensive talent-focused programs to boost engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Design customized solutions and programs aligned to organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Regular MBA/Executive MBA in HR from a reputable institution with proven experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and best practices in HR.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR Automation, AI-enabled tools, Payroll Systems, strategic initiatives, and Microsoft Office Suite.
