**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's employer brand strategy and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment and foster healthy employee relations.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support the development of the HR team by setting clear objectives and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR metrics, including turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  • Review and revise existing HR procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
