Job Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies that meet competitive goals.

  • Hiring Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with departmental managers to develop plans that meet hiring objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for various roles across departments.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates to access top talent when new roles open up.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach: Enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent by participating in career events.
  • Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Design and implement sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Publish job descriptions on relevant channels and stay updated with leading job boards and professional platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with internal teams to understand departmental dynamics, hiring needs, and job specifications.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Create engaging job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Identify and engage top-tier candidates aligned with business requirements using recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide support during discussions and final negotiations.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidate interactions.
  • Process Tracking & Reporting: Follow up on interview statuses and update records in the applicant tracking system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Kannada.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality hires within timelines.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
