  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Create and execute comprehensive talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with universities, job boards, and other external sources to enhance our candidate pool.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Design and implement efficient hiring processes, focusing on delivering high-quality candidates to our teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop interview plans, and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Culture Development & Employee Experience:
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse, inclusive, and values-driven culture by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Leadership Support:
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on talent management, succession planning, and performance enhancement.
  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Design and implement robust performance evaluation systems, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent attraction, performance systems, leadership development, and compliance.
  • An excellent understanding of organisational development, strategic planning, and change management principles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
