Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent from various channels, including internal referrals.
  • Candidate Review and Selection: Review employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the offer stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and policies.
  • HR Administration: Update position tracking tools regularly and timely, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement training programs, enhancing employee skills and performance.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee issues, grievances, and conflicts, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer reviews, and assessment appraisals to drive employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting skills.
  • Labor Laws and Policies: Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Strong knowledge of compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear, professional communication skills both verbally and in written form.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Time Management and Resource Allocation: Ability to manage time and resources effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
