**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Delegate & Speaker Acquisition Professional to drive participation at international events and conferences. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship-building with senior executives.

This individual will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring each event delivers a high-value experience with industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research and outreach skills, with the ability to identify and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains. They must also possess strong communication skills to maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and calls.

The Delegate & Speaker Acquisition Professional will also be responsible for:

  • Acquiring Delegates: Identifying and engaging senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains, driving registrations for international conferences and forums, and maintaining high-quality communication with potential attendees.
  • Acquiring Speakers: Researching and mapping industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas, reaching out, pitching event value propositions, and securing commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  • Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with participants and maintaining an active network for future events, acting as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, and ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, or business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
