We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of influencer culture, content coordination, and brand management.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support. They should possess excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities, as well as be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Coordination: Identify, outreach, and onboard influencers, coordinating communication, follow-ups, and content tracking.
  • Content Production Support: Assist pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including styling assistance, prop management, and liaisoning with vendors.
  • Campaign Management: Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules, maintaining content calendars and reporting sheets.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings, handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.
  • Content Organization: Maintain records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
  • Good organizational and logistical management skills.
