Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to capturing client requirements, analyzing and documenting solutions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in groups, and a quick learner with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Helping analyze client data for loading, verifying, and testing application functionality
  • Capturing and understanding client requirements, mapping to product solutions
  • Documenting requirements for further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, minutes, demos, and inquiries
  • Taking client calls on issues and navigating to closure
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving completion
  • Coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A logical and analytical mind
  • Quick learning skills to understand product functionality and map to client requirements
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively
  • Experience in implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
