HR Technology Implementation Specialist

Overview

As an HR Technology Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful deployment and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

This involves driving digital adoption across the organization by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure the configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  3. System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  4. Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  5. Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  2. Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  3. Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  4. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  5. Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
