Job Description

As a key member of our global HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders worldwide. Your primary focus will be on processing and managing employee data changes, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Work with employees, the HR team, external vendors, and government entities to ensure accurate data is provided.

Essential Functions:

  • Global HR Transaction Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through the Oracle HCM platform and other channels.
  • Employee Support: Administer and maintain Global HRIS (Human Resources Information System), with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud, to ensure data integrity and security for all employee groups.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a ticketing system and achieving high resolution rates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or equivalent experience is required. 5+ years' experience in HR operation, Human resources systems work, payroll audit or related area is necessary.

Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are also required.

Proficiency in HR software and systems, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of global HR practices and procedures is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and colleagues.
