Job Title: Strategic Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboard clients and driving adoption across accounts, leveraging hands-on configuration, enablement, and value realization.

  • Develop and implement deployment strategies to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
  • Track deployment and usage across accounts, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to guide ICP, product roadmap, and tech team focus with clear, prioritized requirements.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for partnerships and client implementations to speed future rollouts and outcomes.

A great fit will have:

  • Up to 3 years in consulting, customer success, or product-facing roles with strong communication and problem-structuring skills.
  • Bias to action, learns fast, comfortable with HR/People Analytics workflows and enjoys bridging users, data, and product.

The ideal candidate will have:
