Business Partner Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive - Partnership & Alliances, located in Pune. The position will involve identifying potential business partners, establishing and maintaining relationships, and negotiating partnership deals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership plans, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners.

The role will also involve analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

About the Role:

  • Generate leads and establish contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants.
  • Provide information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunities for them with these two institutions.
  • Convince them to join as advisors or agency partners.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and complete onboarding.
  • Help them commence their initial business.
  • Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
