Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Proven project management skills, with expertise in data analysis and dashboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership and adaptability, with the ability to build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
