Job Title:
Strategic Development Lead

We are seeking a Strategic Development Lead to oversee the development of our factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy execution, industry exposure, and proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes.
  2. Partner with senior business stakeholders and strategic partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
  3. Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain/functions.
  4. Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain/functions.
  5. Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation for responsible Domain/functions.
  6. Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain/functions.
  7. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  8. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
  9. Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact.
  2. Launch of innovative technology solutions across Sandoz at scale.
  3. Business impact and value generated from TT solutions.
  4. Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices.
  5. Operations stability and effective risk management.
  6. Feedback on customer experience.
