Senior Learning & Development Specialist
The role of Senior Learning & Development Specialist involves driving the development and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. They will have experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and recommending learning interventions aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities.
- Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and training need identification (TNI) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supporting leadership and capability development initiatives.
- Mentoring and guiding internal teams in L&D planning and execution.
- Skill set gap mapping and training path for HiPo/Critical roles.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. They will be able to work independently and manage strategic initiatives with limited oversight.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.
