Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy tailored to the organization's current and future needs.

Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and training need identification (TNI) in collaboration with business stakeholders

Design and recommend learning interventions aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities.

Guide the implementation of L&D programs, including vendor selection, content design, delivery methods, and success metrics.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Identification and implementation of learning technologies, platforms, LMS, AI Tools, and best practices in L&D.

Partner with key stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Mentor and guide internal teams in L&D planning and execution.

Skill set gap mapping and training path for HiPo/Critical resources.

Minimum years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.

Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy tailored to the organization's current and future needs.
