Senior Learning & Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Learning & Development Professional to design, plan, and deliver impactful learning initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and program design expertise to drive performance and competency development, enabling a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • L&D Intervention Design: Create tailored learning solutions aligned with unit and organizational needs.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct TNA and roll out tailored learning solutions.
  • Facilitation and Training Delivery: Facilitate classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for employees across levels.
  • Co-Creation of Learning Programs: Collaborate with business units and leaders to develop learning programs.
  • Learning Content Development: Develop learning content and deliver interventions.
  • Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Talent Development Solutions: Partner with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and functional leaders on talent development solutions.
  • Performance Management and Competency Management: Support performance management and competency management initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks for seamless delivery of training solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on L&D metrics, trends, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.
  • Program Design Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing learning programs.
  • Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Performance Management Knowledge: Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Analytical and Communication Abilities: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in L&D.
