
Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Career Development Specialist to connect with college deans and students, showcasing the value of our new age career programs.
This role involves conducting sessions and events to expose students to our career opportunities, as well as counselling potential learners to plan their career path. The successful candidate will establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of our online learning model, own the sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, and maintain detailed interactions on the CRM.
- Key qualifications include strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as hard work, dedication, and determination.
- Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage, and rockstar sales performers with proven track records are highly sought after.
- Great listeners, trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners, and those with patience and powerful empathy are ideal candidates.
- Additionally, we require individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (Mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree (Optional)
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in education sales)
- Maximum 4 years of experience
