About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Learning and Development professional to drive strategic initiatives that enhance patient experience, service excellence, team work, and leadership capabilities within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver behavioral, leadership, and communication training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Develop a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by identifying training needs, designing engaging training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive learning initiatives and promote a learning-focused organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in L&D strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training technology.
  • Ability to analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
