About this role:

Unlock new revenue streams and foster a culture of innovation by developing and implementing strategic Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive L&D strategies that align with organizational goals and talent development priorities.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify training requirements.
  • Develop and recommend learning interventions that drive growth, including vendor selection, content design, delivery methods, and success metrics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership and capability development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging learning technologies, platforms, and best practices in L&D.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to embed a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.
  • Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage strategic initiatives with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
