Strategic Communications Lead

Bharat Aluminum Company Limited, a fully integrated producer of critical minerals, seeks an experienced communications professional to lead its strategic communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local and international media outlets.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • You are proficient in creating high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.

    • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
    • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent messaging.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:
    • Manage CSR communication strategies to highlight contributions to society.
    • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities.
  • Content Development & Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
