Job Title: Strategic Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our team in developing and executing effective marketing strategies across India.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10-16 years of experience in marketing & corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, brand promotion, and brand events.
  • Key duties include strategizing business development activities, taking ownership of marketing aspects, conceptualizing brand promotion activities, planning corporate and brand events, guiding internal teams, and monitoring processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and sales heads to drive business growth.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
  5. Maintain market knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and social skills.
  • Exceptional time and work management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a continuous business pipeline.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle people effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in marketing or related field.
