Job Title: CRM Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to own our sales and customer success technology stack. This is a key leadership role that requires expertise in managing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports to support business goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users and enforce best practices to maximize CRM effectiveness.
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
Requirements

To be successful as a CRM Manager, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM administration/management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to coach team members.
