Chief Technical Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies that align with our organization's overall vision.

Your key responsibilities will include participating in business strategy development, managing the engineering department, and ensuring compliance with building safety codes and health and safety laws.

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement hotel business strategies that drive profitability and revenue.
  • Department Management: Direct the Engineering department, manage third-party vendors, and ensure superior service and quality.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with building safety codes, health and safety laws, and other regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage hotel renovations, coordinate project status with stakeholders, and maintain Responsible Business programs and training for the hotel.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs, review contracts, and negotiate revisions with vendors and clients.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
