Job Title

The role of Chief of Staff involves working closely with the founder across various business functions.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects in tech, product, and marketing.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns.
  • Product Launch: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Manage relationships with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Founder's Office Operations: Coordinate the founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork.
  • Execution & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a similar role.
  • A strong background (or keen interest) in tech, AI, marketing, or product management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years).
