Human Resources Director

- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic HR initiatives, achieving organizational goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management, with a strong track record of success
  • Expertise in Labor and Employment Law, with knowledge of industry best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results-oriented HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices
  • 15+ years of experience in IT domain, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
