Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful talent acquisition strategies, identifying and engaging top talent, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    Proactively identify, engage, and nurture high-potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online job boards, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

  • Candidate Assessment & Selection

    Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.

  • Employer Branding & Positioning

    Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent through compelling employer branding materials, including job postings, employee testimonials, and company profiles. Ensure consistency in communication and branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints.

  • Onboarding & Induction

    Drive employee onboarding and induction for new joiners within the agreed timeframe. Ensure implementation of a comprehensive New Hire Onboarding program.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

    Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

  • Vendor Management

    Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships to augment internal recruitment efforts. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
