Job Title: Global Service Delivery Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing industry best practices, establishing a world-class Global Talent Acquisition process, and driving strategic talent acquisition goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in Talent Acquisition to drive business objectives and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing coaching, empowerment, and end-to-end recruitment support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 12-14 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring/Shared Services environment.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
