Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 4 to 6 years required in Warehousing/Logistics Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Professional to manage our recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent, while ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Drive recruitment efforts for volume hiring and niche roles in Warehousing/Logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure adherence to time-sensitive targets.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Warehousing/Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
