**Job Summary:**
We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Relationship Officer with minimum 1 year of experience in insurance, banking, finance, FMCG, NBFC, or pharma sales. If you have a strong track record of building relationships, driving business growth, and delivering results-oriented solutions, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- SALES GROWTH: Identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Manage existing client relationships, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong academic background, preferably with a graduate degree or MBA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance, banking, finance, FMCG, NBFC, or pharma sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
