Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
    • Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
    • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
    • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
    • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
    • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
    • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
    • Must be an Immediate Joiner.
    • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
    • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range between 10 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum. This role requires immediate joining, and we are looking for candidates who can start work immediately.

Work Environment:

This role is remote-first but requires flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East during project phases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client interaction skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
