Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. This involves driving digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support team, implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
