Job Description

A senior-level professional is required to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

This individual will oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementation, from planning to deployment, and ensure successful stakeholder management throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology solutions and shared services functions, with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementation, from planning to deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
