Job Title: Oracle HCM Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) to deliver high-quality training sessions and mentor learners. As an Oracle HCM trainer, you will be responsible for designing course content, practical exercises, and real-time case studies that meet the needs of our diverse learner base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Create engaging learning materials, such as presentations, videos, and interactive sessions, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Mentor learners through assignments, projects, and interview preparation, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM features and releases, incorporating this knowledge into training sessions.
  • Collaborate with learners to achieve their career goals, offering certification guidance and industry insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience, preferably in the Oracle HCM space.
  • Passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success.
